I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Philips (Brisbane)
Interview
The initial application closed in January, the next step was a phone interview. One month later, I got the assessment centre invitation which is in a few days time, a very short notice. Then the assessment centre turns out to be a face-to-face interview because not all candidates can come. I was left alone in a room by myself for half-an-hour. The interview was standard and mostly behavioural questions. I was told there will be a group interview. But that's the last time I heard from them. Never got any emails or calls. One month later, I logged on to the career portal, the application status was "unsuccessful". This is such a ridiculous application process, no communication of outcome and no feedbacks provided on the interview. It is the most disorganised graduate program I have ever encountered.
