Apply through school, after HR phone interview, I was chosen to on site interview in my school. Interviewers are department manager with his assistance. It's about 1 hour interview. The interviewer go though resume first and then give you some questions, and you need to give as more as possible solutions.

Ask me several question about manufacturing, design, fundamental knowledge and IQ question. Like how to cut a square out from a big metal board by milling.

The first round was an online test, which was based on core/domain mcq after clearing first round my round 2 was scheduled which was technical discussion lasted for 30 minutes.

Email from recruiter, short call with hiring manager, hired a day later. I was a consultant through a 3rd party, so likely easier than most. Very quick process. Enjoyed my time there.

Got a call from HR letting me know that they wanted to have a technical interview. Two separate interviews. One with the head of R&D and one with the hiring manager.
