Interview
Several questions over the phone. Was interviewed by a contractor firm representative. He asked around 15 questions. All general ones, main focus was on safety and doing the right things when nobody is watching.

How would you do if you see somebody is not following the procedure?
easy and friendly interviewer, just tell them want you really feel about the question and they will accept it. just be your self while answering the questions and look the interviewer straight in the eyes while talking.
