The interview process at Philips began with a phone call from an HR representative, during which we discussed my qualifications and interest in the position. Following that, I participated in a first-round interview with department managers. The questions focused primarily on behavioural aspects, to determine my fit within the team and organization. In the second round, the directors participated in the interview, which included more practical examples to assess my skills and experience. Toward the end of the process, I received valuable insights from the HR representative, which were supplemented by feedback from the department team, providing a complete picture of my candidacy.
