I have received an e-mail invitation for a call. It went smooth, the person who called me was an HR girl. Then we have 2nd step via zoom with the proper manager. It was not difficult at all.

They have asked me about the experience and my expectations.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Philips (Foster City, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Process wasn't long. I believe it was 3 stages with different levels of the org. Very rapid workplace. They require that you understand hospital workflow as well as have a technical savvy. Ability to work from home was a plus.
