My application was submitted in June, along with my Curriculum Vitae.
Initially received a email stating that Philips will not be proceeding further with my application. Then, a month latter, I received the same email.
After a few days I receive a voice mail from Human Resources for an “exploratory call”. After the call, I was informed that they would like to proceed with the interview process.
After the first interview with the Associate Director, the AD informed me that HR will be contacting me if it was decided for me to proceed and interview with two co-workers on the team. After that, I was informed that HR will be contacting me if I was going to proceed and interview with the Director, which I also participated in.
This whole process consisted of forty three emails, four interviews and a phone call.
The interview process was painstaking long, as it ended in October.
