no tricks and to the point was interviewed by 2 persons, the interview process was direct and asked about behavioral and competencies no case study. overall a good experience and good outcome

The process of interview is smooth and Transparent.
There would be 4 rounds of interview and then the HR.
Out of 4 one would be bar raiser round in which the director or senior manager of other BU would assess if the candidate is fit to work in Philips.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Philips (Gloucester, England) in June 2018
Interview
Initial telephone call with the Philips recruiter/HR to complete initial screening/suitability for role. This call took an hour and I covered my current and previous roles/ experience. I then met with Philips again in a panel interview - think Apprentice set-up, but without the hard grilling. This interview started with company questions, followed by situational questions based around the role. Overall it was an enjoyable interview, I felt more of a discussion than a hard, cold interview that I've previously had
