The first-round interview was relatively straightforward and conducted online, lasting about an hour. The process felt like a typical interview, and I appreciated the interviewers' honesty in mentioning that the position would be demanding, with a heavy workload and many tasks to manage.
However, I was slightly taken aback when, after the interview, I was given a work task to demonstrate my skills. The deadline for the task was just 1.5 days, which was challenging, especially considering that the next day was a weekend. Extending the deadline would have been more considerate and allowed candidates to showcase their abilities more effectively.
