Question 1
How did you find out about the company/how did you research for this interview?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Mississauga, ON) in Nov 2017
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me via Linkedin. I was very excited to come in and interview as Glassdoor ratings and reviews indicate a wonderful culture, product to market fit and work life balance. I met with Evan and Neil, both of whom were great individuals and direct managers to the ADR teams. I then met with some of the other ADRs, who again seemed like great and hard working guys. The whole process was great and they seemed like they genuinely cared. The only downside I would add is that it has now been 3 weeks later, and after 2 direct follow ups I have not heard back at all. It would have been nice to see them at the very least acknowledge my follows ups asking for feedback and provide feedback, but I have not received any. Timeline wise, a recruiter reached out, 4 days later an interview was scheduled. I have not heard back within 3 weeks.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Mississauga, ON) in June 2017
