I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Toronto, ON) in May 2018
Interview
I got the call from the recruiter and she stated this phone call would be the initial phone call. If things went well we would move to the next round. We got to the end and of course she asked which ball park of salary I would need. I gave her a market value range with a $35K range inbetween. She stated they only pay PM's $90,000 a year for Project Managers. Thats not only insulting, its WAY below average and not even in the ballpark of what a Healthcare Project Management should be making. Especially with two certifications in Project Management and 13 years of DIRECT Healthcare implementation experience.

Question 1
How would you describe your management style? How would you handle a project that is not meeting a deadline? Which industries have you worked in? Tell me about a project that had to think outside the box in?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PointClickCare in Mar 2026
Interview
Three interviews and then didn't hear back. First was with the recruiter, second with the hiring manager and final was with the VP. Initially they said they needed more time to decide but that was the last I heard.
Had initial round with HR & then didn’t hear from them for three weeks when they got the next round of interview scheduled. It was a 30 minute time slot set up with a manager on the team. She was nearly 10 min late to the interview & hardly engaged.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Toronto, ON) in June 2023
Interview
the process was straightforward. Once I applied, I was interviewed the week afterwards. There were 2 rounds of interviews after speaking with the recruiter. I had a competing offer and did not accept it.
