Fun and friendly interviewer, covered a lot of content in the info session. Showed respect to the interviewee. Enough interaction with interviewee . Great interview experience to have. Firstly asked which project team I am interested and location preference. Then, some easy technical questions and behavior question to get to know my personality and work-life balance.

Interview
Simple behavioural and Java-related question that could be considered a Leetcode Medium. The interview process was smooth; they also asked about me personally, and we spoke about our interests. The coding question took no longer than 8 minutes to go through.

In a past experience, how did I mange conflict within the team, what steps to ensure it doesnt happen again.
They take 5 round of interviews (1+1+3)
After phone screening - First one is with the hiring manager. Second and third rounds are typical software rounds - leetcode + experience + db + domain specific + system design . Fourth round is a 30 mins round with director .

Interview
The process was an initial call or two with the recruiter where we discussed my experience and the position followed by DSA/Leetcode style coding questions in a technical interview.
The recruiter was very nice and helpful during our conversations. The engineer who did my technical interview seemed uninterested in the process and asked several repeat questions.
