I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at PointClickCare
Interview
I had submitted my resume online and was contacted by someone in the HR/recruiting team. She scheduled a 45 minute phone call for us to discuss the process. During the call I found the HR representative to be very unfriendly, ocassionaly bordering on rude. I attempted to keep things on a professional but friendly level but she was not receptive. The sets of questions were fairly standard for the role, ranging from LTC knowledge to requests to describe all stages of a full cycle SDLC process. The call ended with the typical closing that there were other candidates to interview and that she would be in contact and let me know if she decided to forward my resume to the hiring manager. Two days later I received a form e-mail letting me know I would not be part of the candidate pool moving forward.
The entire process, while quick, seemed impersonal and unfriendly, and I am sorry I wasted my time.

Question 1
The questions qwere all relatively easy and were obviously from a script.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PointClickCare in Mar 2026
Interview
Three interviews and then didn't hear back. First was with the recruiter, second with the hiring manager and final was with the VP. Initially they said they needed more time to decide but that was the last I heard.
Had initial round with HR & then didn’t hear from them for three weeks when they got the next round of interview scheduled. It was a 30 minute time slot set up with a manager on the team. She was nearly 10 min late to the interview & hardly engaged.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Toronto, ON) in June 2023
Interview
the process was straightforward. Once I applied, I was interviewed the week afterwards. There were 2 rounds of interviews after speaking with the recruiter. I had a competing offer and did not accept it.
