1-2 hour meeting with head of department and manager where they go into detail of the position and gets a feel for your personality. Follow up interview where you sit with a future coworker and see the day to day operation for an hour and then wrap up meeting with manager/department head

I had an over-the-phone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition department. After completing that I had 2 in person interviews with 2 different people asking the typical questions you would expect in an interview.
