I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Cranford, NJ) in Sept 2010
Interview
I was referred by my brother so I knew what they were looking for, which is motivated people looking for a long career & wants to make a lot of money. The interview was in-depth even though I was referred by a successful employee. It was a 1 on 1 interview that took about 30 min or more.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Greenbelt, MD) in Oct 2016
Interview
First you will receive a phone interview which last about 30 minutes. My perception is this is used to identify strong speaking skills as well as personal goals. Next is a inperson interview with a Marketing Manager who ask standard interviewing questions. the third and final interview is with the VP who pretty much lays down the job expectations as well as pros and cons and gives you his feed back and advice as a former Field Marketer. At this time he may extend to you a position if you your self feels comfortable moving forward or he may give you time to think it over.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Melville, NY) in July 2016
Interview
Very laid back. I was recommended to the job by a friend so the whole interview process went very quickly. Almost too quickly. The whole process took about a week and a half from the first time I contacted the company with my name, email, etc. I had one phone interview followed by two interviews in person. Got the job offer at the end of the second interview.

Very short, simple, and easy interview process. Generally they ask questions to figure out your personality. Doesn't ask a lot about your resume, As long s you have excellent interpersonal, communications, problem solving skills you are good. They are vague about the job description They sale you on the free trip to Cancun. Which you have o buy your own ticket and receive $200 back.
