The interview was very in-depth and transparent about the job and what it entails. There are 2 different interviews with either the RVP or the Customer Development Director. The interview is pretty in depth but just be yourself.

First you get a phone interview. They explain the position and explain the position well. Then you’ll have a in person interview. The interview process is fairly easy if you’ve been in sales before.

3 levels - phone, zoom, and in person. The first 2 levels serve mainly to screen you and confirm interest, while the third is where you are evaluated by an office director.

Interview process was pretty standard. They really give you a feel for the company. Expect to be asked questions on how you would handle certain situations. There will be plenty of videos and plenty of chances to ask a lot of questions, especially if you are new to sales.
