I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling in July 2020
Interview
Lol very good at selling themselves but the more specifics you ask quickly becomes sketch.
Read the reviews on indeed they're pretty straight forward. They sound very professional and are good at spinning the quality of the job and fluff up how good their reviews are and how big and fast they are growing.
Everyone starts at the same level -totally okay with that. But they make it sound like it's a wonderful position- doing outbound customer development, outreach, and procurement (ie selling door to door and in front of Sams Clubs)
I heard the Sam's Club deal and told the recruiter, not sure if I'm 100% onboard with the outside sales aspect but wouldn't totally mind if I can move into a different position if I quickly hit my numbers.
The response was '......I'm just really confused. Okay. Thank you for your time.' and promptly hung up.
First you get a phone interview. They explain the position and explain the position well. Then you’ll have a in person interview. The interview process is fairly easy if you’ve been in sales before.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2026
Interview
3 levels - phone, zoom, and in person. The first 2 levels serve mainly to screen you and confirm interest, while the third is where you are evaluated by an office director.

Interview
Interview process was pretty standard. They really give you a feel for the company. Expect to be asked questions on how you would handle certain situations. There will be plenty of videos and plenty of chances to ask a lot of questions, especially if you are new to sales.
