Process was very casual more like catching up with an old friend. I was met by the happiest ladies (BAMMS) and offered water and or coffee. When the interviewer came out he was super energetic and very easy to talk too. By the end I knew I wanted to work there.

What would be your biggest struggle in taking this role.
First you get a phone interview. They explain the position and explain the position well. Then you’ll have a in person interview. The interview process is fairly easy if you’ve been in sales before.

3 levels - phone, zoom, and in person. The first 2 levels serve mainly to screen you and confirm interest, while the third is where you are evaluated by an office director.

Interview process was pretty standard. They really give you a feel for the company. Expect to be asked questions on how you would handle certain situations. There will be plenty of videos and plenty of chances to ask a lot of questions, especially if you are new to sales.
