Interview
It is a three part interview process. I had an initial phone interview with an internal recruiter which was about 45 minutes long. This was more giving me information more then anything. Then I had a 30 minutes Teams interview with one of the VP's of Sales. This was more to learn about me and if i would be a good fit. I then had an in person interview with the local VP of Sales which lasted an hour or so where he laid out all the details of the position and with pay structure, compensation etc..

Very informative and quick response times. Got emailed all the information and details directly after, and set up the next stage in the interview process during the first interview. No complaints.

Interview
Phone Interview asked question about myself, and previous jobs. The in-person interview was more about my knowledge, and skill set. If they like you they will ask you to come in for a second round in-person interview to memorize a script, and read it back to them. Just be yourself, they want to see someone that they can train, and one is who is going to work hard for them.
