Contacted by a recruiter for the company and expressed and answered all of my questions regarding the company structure. Had limited answers regarding caseload but was able to schedule an interview/meeting immediately. Followed up with email regarding conversation.
General screening to give info on job which was simple and next level is someone to discuss actual clinical experience. It makes it easier to mow ours, salary etc before actual interview
