I went through the interview process. First the screening call, then a half hour interview with the department manager, then an in person interview with the whole team. When I met with the whole team everyone was being so vague about actual projects that I couldn't even get a sense of what they needed accomplished. I have followed up twice. To both of the HR directors emails and was ghosted. I took off work, found a babysitter, and was not at least sent an email saying I didn't get the role. Total waste of everyone's time. You can't get time back.
