It's a very long process starting with taking a test then through a number of interviews you have to go through a full all day interview and site visit. Be prepared for the process to take several months before you get a final offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Ho Chi Minh City) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied online and the process took about 6-8 weeks. The whole recruitment & selection process is globalised and standardised. You would start with the online application followed by the online test. Upon succession you would be invited to the paper reasoning test which took place at the P&G office. When you have passed that you are invited to 2-3 rounds of interviews (depending on your performance) with the Team Leaders and Sales Director. The interviews are based on your experiences and achievements in the past, no technical knowledge asked. Each interview lasts about 45 to 60 minutes. If you fail the tests, you can only apply 1 year after that date; otherwise the system will automatically reject your application.
