After the initial application is submitted, candidates are redirected to take an online assessment. Questions make statements such as “I consider myself a leader, but will also let others take over.” So your first thought is to put Inaccurate because you don’t want to say you let others take the lead, but then does that mean you don’t consider yourself a leader, which was the first part of the statement? Basically every question makes opposite statements and you have to put inaccurate or accurate. Not sure how you can answer correctly....
I received an email that I did not pass the assessment. Its computer generated (received email Sunday 2 AM) and it’s sad to me they don’t have a person review the assessment to see if an applicant missed the accurate/inaccurate questions due to wording issues and conflicting statements. It’s very odd to me that I recently got out of a very large University and was able to get all A’s in their Honors College but couldn’t pass this ‘simple’ assessment. Wording on these questions should be re-evaluated to avoid passing up over-qualified applicants.

Expect a lengthy process of IQ and behavioral testing, followed by a series of panel interviews. The panel interviews were conducted in person, with up to three people asking set questions that looked like they were being read from a script.

"tell me about a time when you had to overcome an internal challenge to achieve an objective"
There were two rounds of interviews - both were behavioural. The first was a telephone interview, followed by an in-person interview. Overall, a very pleasant and smooth behavioural interview process.
