I received an invite to take the online assessment. There were a few personality test questions and then some sort of bizarre part where dots flash on your screen in a maze and you’re supposed to remember where it was on your screen. Really stupid and it has absolutely nothing to do with your job. I then received an email I can retake the exam after 1 year. No thanks. I have 5 years of experience and I will take my talent elsewhere.

Entrevista com o talent de empresa de Rh, testes (infnitos) de memória, lógico raciocínio rápido matemático no site e finalmente entrevista com os gestores da área , primeiro com o senior manager e depois com o head da área.

Super bem colocadas pensando numa vaga se solução alta de problemas. High complex problems to solve.
Talent terceirizado, não é da companhia, é uma empresa de rh, achei muito distante e imparcial. Mas os testes de raciocínio lógico e memória achei muito difícil e achei de verdade “old school.
Einfaches Online Bewerbungsportal. Man muss verschiedene Online assessments durchlaufen. Diese sind jedoch nicht schwer und es ist genügend Zeit vorhanden. Danach sind mehrere Interviews über den Tag verteilt möglich. Dabei sind weitere Assessments zu absolvieren.
