Interview
They took a long time to respond after the assessment, however its not a stressful process unlike many other companies. The interview is decided on a time that suits you and you get enough time to prep.
The first interview was nice and friendly, final one with the finance head is kind of stress interview, dont feel like they are here to interview but here to give you negative feedback,

Interview
I first did an assessment, then I had my first interview with the finance director, then a second interview with another finance director, then I have to now do a careers academy day at the office in London.
