The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Apr 2008
Interview
I came across the job announcement on the pg career wbsite. I created a profile and applied online. I received a confirmation email with a link to an online assessment. It cosisted mostly of personality assessment questions. Within three weeks, I was invited to a reasoning test. The time limit was 65 minutes, and the test was comprised of 40 multiple choice questions. The test had three sections, each wih a different type of questions: numerical reasoning, logic-based reasoning, and figural reasoning.
I received feedback ithin two weeks. I had passed with a management level score and was invited to an interview schduled two weeks later. This was a 1:1 behavioral interview. Questions were mainly scenario-based.
