I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Apr 2022
Interview
1 hour interview with 2 HR reps that went through behavioural and situational questions. The situational questions were exceedingly contrived. Follow-up interview with another HR rep and a manager, exact same format and almost the same questions. Interviewers constantly complained about how they can't find anyone qualified. Interviewers could not answer basic questions about the role, duties, team, and work. Later got an email that I did not get the job because I did not pass the online IQ-like test (which was broken and I had to complete 4 times before it registered as completed).
