On-cam interview with a senior manager who's worked 15+ years in the company. Asked a series of behavioral questions and situational questions, like what would you do if you were in the company and had to meet a certain deadline but there were issues with co-workers or a manufacturer. Still undergoing the recruitment process.

The first round itself consists of approximately 6 behavioral questions and 1 technical question. Felt pretty extensive for an initial interview but does prepare you for all future interviews to come
