First of all, you took some tests at university. Then they ask behavioral questions based on your past experiences? Then you take apanel interview where there are some sales managers or leaders and hr executive. This step was more stressful

Interview
After screening they call you for a skills test. If the test is ok they send you 9 essay questions. If your answers are satisfactory. you get called for an interview with line manager. This interview is again screening. After this interview you get interviewed by a panel of 3 people and go over your essays. The process is pretty neat and fast.

For leadership or teamwork examples you give they may continue to ask give another one. You tell something else. They ask you another one. another one. etc. if you have only one story to tell then it is difficult for you.
