      The interview process focused on both personal and behavioral questions. It began with the common “Tell me about yourself” question, followed by several behavioral questions using the STAR method. The interviewer wanted to understand how I handled tasks, solved problems, and managed competing priorities in past roles. Overall, it was structured, professional, and gave me the opportunity to showcase my administrative and organizational skills.
