I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in June 2023
Interview
Whole recruitment/interview process was a mess. A regional role, and there is a local office, but recruitment was outsourced to another company overseas.
For the first interview, I was to book a slot on their platform. Everything was scheduled, but when I got to the office the day of, nobody knows what was going on. I was lucky enough to have an acquaintance working there, so she could help me ask around the following days to come.
Turns out, the overseas counterpart was suppose to reach out and schedule. Red flag #1. Thankfully the first interview went well.
For the second interview, he only sent out the interview confirmation email the night before at 10pm, for the interview scheduled the next day. Second interview was also scheduled to be a 1-1 but ended up as a panel of 4.
Local person in HR is completely hands off in the entire process.

Question 1
What would you do if you had a conflict with a team member?
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Singapore) in June 2022
Interview
Applied online, got through the test and was prompted to schedule an interview online with no further details given except the address. Headed down to the office at the allocated time, the receptionist came in 30 min late and had no idea if there was an interview and could not help me. Fast forward two days, the coordinator, from overseas office, emailed to schedule the first interview, turns out it was suppose to be held online. Interview went well. A week later, I was notified for the second interview, less than 12 hours before the actual interview itself, at 11pm at night. The HR person in charge of recruitment was in CC, but never stepped in when I questioned if this was how P&G conducted themselves for candidate interviews. I should have rejected and rescheduled but was too eager for the job (my mistake) and confirmed the slot. In the email confirmation, he had indicated there was to be one interviewer, turned out to be 3. Guess being too eager for this one job was my biggest mistake. I was ill-prepared for the second interview and tanked it.
