Question 1
if some team members had a debate with a problem integrated, what will you do to solve this problem?
Interesting. They ask multiple questions to assess your character and make sure that you fit for the role. They expect your responses to be in STAR method. The interview process conseists of three interviews

Question 1
Question du type "tell me about a time you..."
Exemple : tell me about a time you showed leadership, a time you did something wrong,...
Very behavioral. More focused on how you'd be a fit at the company, instead of how you'd be a fit in that specific role. Lots of "tell me about a time/project when ..." and answer using the CAR method.
