      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble

      Interview

So, the P&G interview process is actually pretty structured and a bit intense, but in a good way. First, you apply online and then they usually send you this online assessment that tests your cognitive abilities and problem-solving skills—stuff like logic, patterns, and how you’d handle different work situations. It’s kind of like a mix between a personality test and a brain teaser game. If you pass that, the next step is usually a video interview or a live virtual interview. They ask behavioral questions based on their core competencies—things like leadership, ownership, and working with others. The format is very STAR-based (Situation, Task, Action, Result), so you really need to have examples from your past experiences ready to go.
