Interview
Fair process. Met with senior people. Great, conversational Interview. People were genuinely humble, inquisitive and interesting in adding the right people to their team. No brain teasers, just questions on my experience and the value I can bring to their organization.
Applied online, 2 days later recruiter reached out to schedule interview. Interviewed with 7 people - Partner, Alliance Lead, MD. HR, ACRE. Interview was not difficult. The Partner had no interviewing skills. No emotional intelligence. He spent most of the time talking about himself.

Why do you want to work for PwC? Ridiculous question.
As expected for this type of employer and this role level. It was fair but firm. There were three people on the panel and it lasted forty-five minutes. It was in-person.
