Hiring process consisted of an extended online application with psychometric tests, followed by an interview with a manager from the team offering the position. The interview was mostly a fit based interview. The offers were sent out a few weeks after the interview.

Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
