Three rounds consisting of one behavioral phone interview with a director, one virtual case interview with a senior advisor, and two behavioral interviews with partners/directors in NYC. The case was emailed to me 48 hours before my scheduled presentation time, so there was plenty of time for preparation.

The recruitment process comprises three stages: an aptitude test online, a video interview, and finally, the superday. Overall, the experience has been excellent. At first there was an initial screening with an HR associate, Then the second stage was an interview with hiring manager and an HR partner. Then after 3 days there was an phone call if I accept, and if you say yes then they send you the offer.
