Aptitude test followed by a day long interview process comprising panel interview, oral presentation, one on one interview, review of case studies and group interaction. The qualities that were apparently sought other than academic qualifications and intelligence were confidence, logical reasoning ability, presentation skills, group interaction and ability to persuade
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
