Interview
After going through online application form (quite long, CV, Cover letter + many questions), got a phone call invite for an interview very quickly (around 2 days).
I had a Skype interview as I was in another city
- 30 min to read a case study with questions
- 20 min discussion with two senior members in management consulting
- 20 min Q&A i.e. behavioural/motivational interview.
Very casual style of talking which was a bit confusing in terms of whether I should respond with a similar tone. Had never done a case interview before so difficulty of that really depends on the person I guess.
Generally positive, but due to change in direction they chose to cut down number of job offers. First was OA, then Video interview, then Virtual AC. Consisting of 2 1 to 1 interviews, group task, individual task.

Interview
Started off with grouping interviewees into groups.
Group case interview with 5 to 6 people.
Given around 1 hour to work on the case before having time to prepare a short powerpoint presentation to present the case. Questions were posed to each individual team member after the presentation.
