First step was a phone interview. Pretty general review of your qualifications you mention on your cover letter and resume. The next week I had an interview with the hiring manager, which wasn't all too strenuous, mostly reiterating the questions asked to you in the phone interview. The week after that I did a case study which lasted all day with a debrief with the manager later that evening. The final step was the partner interview which was a lot more intrusive. That interview was all about seeing where your mind goes.
