Après 4 entretiens étalés sur plus de trois mois et demi, incluant la rencontre avec les partenaires, le poste ne m'a pas été attribué : alors qu'on m'avait indiqué que tous les entretiens avaient été positifs, il m'a été dit que le processus de recrutement avait été trop long et qu'il n'y avait plus de besoin en termes de ressources humaines.

1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
