A entrevista foi feita virtualmente (época de pandemia) e teve uma conotação leve.
Dois diretores da PWC participaram da entrevista.
Apesar de ter sido leve, sinto falta de trazer mais o lado humano nas entrevistas.

Question 1
Bem da verdade que eu fui preparado para um cargo que eu tinha me candidatado (valuation) e na hora me entrevistaram para outro cargo. Não acredito que isso afetou meu desempenho e por consequência o resultado final, mas seria importante saber disso previamente.
Tiveram algumas perguntas técnicas e também perguntas voltadas ao nível de inglês (principalmente em escrita) e outras perguntas sobre mim (minha história de vida, hobbies, porque eu escolhi administração como curso) experiências passadas, aprendizados, desafios.

2) Diminished and laugh on my achievements when asked about it
3) Came in 15 minutes late and was rushing me on my set up for presentation

Das Gespräch dauerte etwa 45 Minuten und war insgesamt sehr angenehm und gesprächsorientiert. Der Fokus lag klar auf Personal Fit – Motivation, Lebenslauf, warum genau diese Stelle. Daneben gab es einige fachliche Fragen zu WACC, DCF, CAPM und anderen grundlegenden Finance-Themen, die aber alle gut machbar waren.

Interview
Applied via campus recruiting, had a phone screen then invited to a super day. Super day started off with a breakfast, meeting your competition (kinda weird) and potential new team, then multiple interviews lasting about 15-30 min each. At the end, you go out to eat with the team (and the other interviewees) and then a decision on who is hired occurs later that day.
