Very longs recruitment process over the span of 6 months. Interviews were easy, however the final selection were very subjective and aiming to improve the firm's diversity, rather than focusing on actual skills and qualifications

Tell me about yourself, why do you want to join PwC, why deals and why consulting
I had an initial interview with the director and HR, and then when I passed that stage, I had a second interview with the Partner of the department. I was subsequently hired.

Human Ressources Screening interview for about 30 minutes - Technical interview 1 about 1 hour -technical interview 2 with the director/ chief of staff for 15 minutes- Offer - Onboarding
In person interviews with behavioral interviews only. They are very chill and it is not a difficult process at all. I was joining right out of college so your process may be different if you are experienced. they basically just want accounting majors with decent grades.
