colloquio conoscitivo con presentazione dell'azienda e candidato, successivamente domande tecniche in cui vengono sottoposti due use in ambito AI o ML, a cui il candidato deve pensare a una soluzione efficace
Un primo colloquio conoscitivo con HR, dopodiché un secondo colloquio tecnico in cui vengono proposti due casi d'uso inerenti a due domini diversi (in particolare CV e NLP). La durata del primo è di circa 30 minuti, la durata del secondo circa 60 minuti.
Due fasi di colloquio la prima con un Hr a titolo puramente informativo e di presentazione, la seconda fase un colloquio su due casi aziendali con un manager ed un senior su computer vision e feature engineering.

A phone call and a technical interview. During the phone call they explained me base information such as position, goals, working hours, salary and benefits. During the interview they showcased me two use cases, and they ask me how I would have faced these challenges. The main goal of the interview was to understand my reasoning capabilities and my reactions in front of a challenge.
