A bit disjointed and took a number of weeks to go through all the stages. The people were nice and the converastions were engaging. It is best to go in with a clear view of what you want to achieve from the firm.
Partner chat - commercial questions around my opinions, technical about specific considerations, what I think about the market and leadership questions: what do you want to do, whats important, how would you lead etc
The interview process was comprehensive and professional, focusing on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, client service skills, and alignment with the organization’s culture and values. Separate interview with HR and 2 x partners
