4 interview: 1 screening, 1 case, 2 behavioral. The case study is fairly open-ended. You need to go in with a basic understanding of business concepts, but you won't be quizzed on anything. The 2 behavioral are casual conversations. They are mainly looking for logic/reasoning skills, communication, and confidence. The hardest thing is getting an interview.
