It was pretty casual, doesn't even feel like an interview process (it was in the coffee shop). The interview is pretty simple, but make sure to ask question to them back and learn about the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at QE Solar (Bowie, MD) in July 2023
Interview
I interviewed twice with this company. I expressed to them my interest in becoming a solar electrician. I received a verbal offer and was told that I would be receiving a written offer within a week. Over a week later I did not hear anything from them. I reached out several times to the recruiter and they assured me the written offer would be sent to me. I unfortunately made the mistake of turning down another offer waiting for something in writing from this company. I am devasted not only because I was looking forward to this opportunity but also because it seems as if QE Solar had little or no respect for my time.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at QE Solar (Cranford, NJ) in Apr 2023
Interview
First round was with a field engineer and a manager who were both very nice and well prepared for the interview. Second round was with more higher ups with less preparation and more vague questions. Also looking for someone to relocate.
