There were several interviews and related assignments including providing relevant examples of work experience in the field. The next stages included an assignment related to the position, it included guidelines and was fairly straightforward.

The interview process was quite structured. First, I submitted my portfolio and a cover letter. Then, I was contacted for an initial interview with HR, where we discussed my previous experience. After that, I had a second interview with the Marketing Director and the creative team. They asked me to complete a written assignment based on a hypothetical brief to assess my writing style and creativity. The whole process took about two weeks.
