Interview
Series of online assessments followed by two interviews with someone from their leadership team. The final stage is a presentation round with a panel of 1-3 individuals. Fairly simple interview process. Since it's a new company, they don't have a HR department, hence, the process is overseen by the leadership team.

Interview
Had a call where we talked about what I wanted to do, my interests and what I have been doing. Pretty standard call. Felt simple enough but I did not interest the interviewer enough. After the interview they completely ghosted me without even sending a rejection letter.
