What pro's? There aren't and pro's nor are there any professionals. This company is a circus. And whomever retains them to do interviews for them is as bad if not worse.
Cons
They are supposed to interview people to understand and assess candidates technical fitment for roles, yet, they know absolutely nothing about technology or how to assess candidates.
