I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Quantium (Sydney) in Nov 2021
3 stages: - 1st online test - easy - Psychometric test - Zoom call with HR - just be yourself - 2nd online test (1 hour) followed by half an hour with an analyst - medium
- The first online test really shouldn't be an issue. Make sure you use the blank space to justify your answer if you feel there was ambiguity around it. The recruiter I spoke with in the Zoom call was fine. Make sure you engage with her questions and try to express that you have depth as a person. You will be asked to "show a time when you..". Don't take this too literally. I was asked to think of a time when I was given a difficult task and had to adapt, and I just said "pretty much all uni assignments" and explained why. The final test is a bit harder, although you have the opportunity to justify your answers in the second part (half hour with analyst). If you were unsure about something or felt there was ambiguity to the question, make sure you bring this up, and discuss why you opted for your final decision as opposed to other responses.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Quantium (Sydney)
The process began with a general submission of documents, followed by a phone interview, online test, in person test and then an informal meeting. The process was lengthy, but for a company with a reputation like Quantium I wouldn't expect anyless.
- The phone interview asked the general questions you would expect for any job in a given field. The tests weren't too difficult mainly looking at a case study. The case study was further expanded on in the in-person test. The final meeting was quite relaxed.
