Applied online by 30 Sep 16. Quick screening call and interview invitation on 17 Nov 16 for interview on 21 Nov 16. Received information about Qld Health and Health Support Queensland with email confirmation. On the day had 15 min to prepare answers to two questions prior to actual interview. Interview panel consisted of manager, his manager, manager's peer and note taker. Questions were difficult (sorry can only remember some easier ones) and interview took 40 min in total. Received call from manager on 18 Jan 17 that I didn't get the job.

Interview
From the start the interviewers seemed very robotic and bland. It was hard to read the room and the people. It was not overly pleasant but it is government after all.

Interview
Very long, it took a while to get a response and HR seemed like they were understaffed to keep up with hiring demands. However actual interview was very good and structured, the panel seemed very nice too.
